Do I need a Park Pass?
Yes. Everyone planning to visit Banff National Park including Banff town and the Lake Louise area require a pass. Park passes can be purchased online, at the park gates if driving to Banff National Park, or in person at the Visitor Centres in Banff and Lake Louise. What is check-in/check-out time?
Check-in is 4:00 PM / Check-out is 11:00 AM
How much is parking, and can it be reserved?
Parking charges are $14.95 + GST per vehicle, per night. Parking is subject to availability and cannot be reserved in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
If cancellation is made 72-hours or more prior to your reservation date, there is no charge. If less than 72-hours notice is given, a penalty of 1-night room + tax will be charged.
Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes! We offer secure luggage storage at no additional charge.
Does the hotel allow pets?
Yes, dogs are welcome at Charltons Banff, but cats and other types of pets are not permitted. Fees are $25.00 + GST per dog, per night. To book a dog-friendly room, call hotel reservations at (403) 762-4485. Please review our pet policy prior to your arrival.
What is your smoking and/or vaping policy?
All guest rooms and common areas are non-smoking/vaping. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor smoking areas. Smoking and/or vaping of recreational cannabis is not permitted on the hotel property. Violation of any component of this policy will result in a $250.00 fine applied to the guestroom.
How far is the hotel from the airport, and is there a shuttle service?
Driving time from Calgary International Airport (YYC) to the hotel is approximately 1 hr 49 min (141.7 km). Shuttle service is available. Please refer to the links below for more information.
